Tailways is early-stage. This page states plainly what we collect and why, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced by a reviewed version before any harness ships.

What we collect

When you apply for the trial: your name, email, city, and details about your dog (name, breed, weight, age, and the challenge you describe). If you're accepted, sensor data from the harness — motion, inferred emotional state, and therapy session logs.

Why we collect it

To evaluate applications, run the trial, and improve the classifier. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

The two people building Tailways. No third-party analytics or ad networks are wired into the application form today.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your application data at any time by emailing info@thetailways.com. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, those apply and will be honored once this policy is finalized.
